These terms govern use of the Karmod Sourcing website at karmodsourcing.com and the project briefs sent through its forms. They are a website contract, not a building contract and not a structural certificate.
Drawings, module sizes, panel thicknesses, coating masses and sample loads published here are inquiry illustrations. A figure such as 45 m/s wind, 1.5 kN/m2 snow, 0.30 g seismic acceleration, Z275 coating or a 6055 mm module length becomes binding only when it appears on a quotation and a drawing issued for that destination. Catalogue text does not approve a permit under any national code.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, when mentioned, describe management systems. They are not evidence that a frame, a wall or a fire door passed a project test. Flat-pack products are not represented as ISO CSC freight containers unless a specific certificate is attached to the order.
Submitting a form does not reserve factory capacity, a ship or an installation crew. Karmod may ask for the missing country, use, quantity, plan size, storeys or climate data before pricing. A quotation expires on the date written on it. Changes to sanitaryware, core type or storey count after a freeze date are variations, and the earlier packing list does not survive them automatically.
You agree not to upload passport copies, payment-card numbers or files that you do not have the right to share. You confirm that the company name and site location you enter are accurate enough for a reply. Karmod may refuse a brief that asks the desk to declare a building earthquake proof, hurricane proof or universally fireproof.
Any installation support must be defined in a written agreement with the provider responsible for the work. Soil design, anchor engineering by a local licensee, utility connection and authority inspections remain outside that scope unless a written line says otherwise. Crane access that differs from the brief can stop the sequence without being a defect in the module.
You may read pages and send a brief. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, misrepresent Karmod text as a code approval, or copy photographs for another manufacturer identity. Trademarks and page text stay with their owners. Links to the privacy policy and these terms may be stored beside the form record.
The site describes procurement options. Ask the selected supplier to confirm the actual specification, availability and project documents before using an example in a tender. To the extent local law allows, Karmod is not liable for decisions taken solely from website illustrations.
These terms are interpreted under the law specified in a signed supply contract when one exists. If no supply contract exists, correspondence about the website can be submitted through the contact page. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud.
If a clause is held unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue. Karmod may update these terms by posting a new date on this page. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the posted wording for website use only. Supply contracts still control over this page when they conflict.
Contract questions about a quotation belong on that quotation number. Website questions can use the project desk.
